Refund Policy
Subscription cancellation and refund requests
Last updated: January 2026
1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Payments on Pnei Melech are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as our official Merchant of Record and is responsible for billing, taxes, invoicing, and refunds. Refund requests are handled under Paddle's policy, subject to consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the parents area on the site. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period already paid. Access to the service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Standard refund window
Full-refund requests are usually accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used substantially. For EU residents, a statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right applies, unless the service was already started with your explicit consent.
4. How to request a refund
After purchase you will receive a receipt from Paddle with a link to contact support and request a refund. You can also contact us at support@pneimelech.com and we will forward your request to Paddle together with your purchase details.
5. Exceptional cases
Ongoing technical issues that prevent you from using the service, accidental double charges, or charges after a cancellation request will always be resolved in the customer's favour, even outside the 14-day window. Contact us with your billing details and we will arrange a fix.
6. Cases not eligible for a refund
Substantial use of the service (watching a large portion of the catalog), automatic renewals of an existing subscription that was not cancelled in advance, and purchases made more than 14 days ago are generally not eligible for a refund, unless local law requires otherwise.
7. Contact
For any cancellation or refund question, write to support@pneimelech.com and we will respond within 3 business days.
