Terms of Use
The rules for using the Pnei Melech service
Last updated: January 2026
1. Personal, non-commercial use
The Pnei Melech service is intended for private, non-commercial use by families with a valid subscription. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly display, resell, sublicense, or use the content or platform for any commercial purpose.
2. Intellectual property
All videos, animation, music, translations, brand marks and platform code are the exclusive property of Pnei Melech. Pnei Melech is the sole producer and sole copyright owner of all content on the platform — none of it is aggregated, licensed or redistributed from third parties. Downloading, screen-recording, mirroring or otherwise reproducing the content — in whole or in part — is strictly forbidden.
3. Age-appropriate content and family responsibility
Our catalog is curated for young Jewish children in the chassidic tradition. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children's viewing and should use the parent-controlled profiles and PIN to restrict access as appropriate. Please report any content you consider inappropriate so we can review it.
4. Accounts, profiles and parent PIN
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, parent PIN, and kid profiles. You must be 18 years or older to create an account and manage a subscription on behalf of your household. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments (Paddle as Merchant of Record)
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the Merchant of Record for Pnei Melech and handles billing, taxes, invoicing, refunds, and payment-related customer support. By subscribing you also accept Paddle's own terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled from your account page.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account page; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction, including EU consumer withdrawal rights where applicable.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pnei Melech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you reside.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where required by law, notified to registered users.
